The free standing ability to be able to have my iPad on my lap and type away with my screen at any angle is by far one of the best features . Also I have not charged it since I plugged it in. If you are looking for a keyboard for your Ipad that is durable fast reliable and worth the money. BUY THIS. This made my iPad feel so much like a laptop I found myself going for a trackpad often. However the able to type , and then use my finger on the iPad for manual control makes my iPad a two in one laptop!Amazing product and would absolutely recommend.

The pictures I saw on line shows that the keyboard can be used freestanding with the screen propped up. In fact, there is no way to prop up the screen when it is not attached to the cover.

The keyboard is amazing as it turns your iPad into a mine computer allowing me to quickly type answers to emails, chats, and texting. Additionally, I have used this in class to take notes allowing me to capture much more than my handwritten notes would record.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery Issues & representations1. When attached to the iPad Pro Mini, the Zagg rugged cover drains the Mini battery in less than 1.5 hours when closed. 2. The pictures I saw on line shows that the keyboard can be used freestanding with the screen propped up. In fact, there is no way to prop up the screen when it is not attached to the cover.
