Rated 5 out of 5 byTravel-n-man from Decent design, poor engineering qualityI'm on my second one of these Targus tsa friendly backpacks, which I use each week for travel consulting. I like the pockets, the internal clip for keys. The problem is that it's just not built for daily use, in that the seams and construction just don't last very long through daily use. On each of the two I've owned, the straps come apart at the seams very quickly when they have to bear weight. If Targus would improve and strengthen the straps, then I could recommend this. However, I've gone through two of these quickly, both with failed straps, and I'll now be trying Swiss Gear's checkpoint friendly options. I do not recommend this Targus backpack, due to poor quality in the straps.

Rated 5 out of 5 byltong from the straps were assembled incorrectlyWhen you put the backpack on the should straps would slide to the full length. I had to cut them off and re-thread them through the latch correctly, would have returned but too much trouble

Rated 5 out of 5 byAC00 from Good Quality backpack but smallThe backpack has all the functionality necessary, has a very good shell to protect the laptop and was a definite value buy BUT .. doesnt expand as expected and has a small compartment for other materials .. will be difficult to use for travel purposes which are paramount with my job function
