I have had several shredders and this particular one by far out does all of my previous purchases. I would definitely recommend this one to my friends and colleagues. Staples has a superb Protection Plan, not that I'll need it.

I purchased a different shredder that I was not totally happy with. I purchased an additional Fellowes shredder based on my previous experience. It works well with the exception of a constant clicking / tapping noise when in use. I thought maybe it needed to be oiled. That did not solve the problem. I also emailed Fellowes to inquire as to whether or not cards could be shredded. I never received a response.
