Rated 5 out of 5 byMarshall from Terrible productI bought it in October 2021, had problems installing it. Spent over an hour with Tech Support on phone. Now the document feeder does not work. How am I supposed to make copies of multiple documents? Tried to contact Tech Support at 800-652-2666, after holding for 73 minutes, the representative clicked off on me - Soooo Terrible. Run as fast as possible away from this product!!!!
