Rated 5 out of 5 bySammyK from Was unable to use it to make tattoo stencilsI purposely purchased this printer for use in making thermal spirit master to use on duplicators. After purchasing it would not make a master unit (stencil) after several tries and watching many vidoes on youtube I called the manufacturer and told them and they said the product was not designed for this purpose. How disappointed I was. I had explained when I purchased it to the salesperson what I wanted to do and he recommended this model. and said it was all I needed. It arrived just the printer. No batteries, cords, instructions, nothing. It was useless. Having to call back the manufacturer he said I needed a kit. I called the CDW and they sold me a battery, cords, and power cords. I really didn't need all that.but I bought it anyway. I called and returned the unit asap and they said they would refund me for my purchase. I havn't checked yet so I don't know if there is a restocking fee or if they refunded all my money. It's a good company CDW to do business with I guess. They were very nice.
